BONNIE'S BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY

It's Bonnie's birthday and she wants to have a giveaway.  Bonnie is one of our quilters and is the one who, with the help of Nellie Belle (her quilting machine), does most of the beautiful quilting for WOCS.  So Bonnie is sponsoring this giveaway with 2 beautiful Pastimes Quilt Design patterns.

  14. Currently my spring ritual is cleaning, usually at grannies house. She has a coal stove for heat.

  15. I already like World of Charity of Facebook. For those who don't have a coal stove, the basement tends to get a layer of coal dust during the winter. so, in the spring when you bring out thing like the garden chairs and the swing, they have to be wiped down. I also help with the spring planting of bulbs. she has a flower garden.

  17. for spring, I dont have any rituals. I live in an apartment with my husband who is in the military, so we haven't been able to start anything perminate. As soon as I can I will start a garden.

  26. I like to clean and organize my cupboards where my plastic containers and pots and pans are held. I also like to scrub and scrub and scrub the kitchen cabinets and walls.

  29. Spring time routine: Every Spring I weed my flowerbeds. Sadly, most years we don't have extra money for flowers. But I start out hopeful each Spring.

  31. My spring ritual is to plant flowers in our window boxes as soon as possible. It feels so much cheerier to see flowers through the window, even if there is rain--or possibly snow--beyond.

  33. I don't like it really but Spring cleaning is a must, every closet, corner, lamp shade, window, inch of the house gets white washed this time of the year. It takes me about 3 weeks to do it.

  37. I quilt and do some minor sewing. Never did get the knack of knitting or crocheting. I've painted walls, and did some stenciling on a few outdoor pots. Does coloring with crayons count? LOL

  38. Spring ritual: hanging all the sheets and blankets, curtains on the line, taking the snow men out of the kitchen and the penquins out of the bathroom and putting up the bumble bees and lady bugs/ ducks and umbrellas

  41. In the spring we start our seeds to grow our flowers & veggies that need an early start. Then we clean up the yard when it's nice & sunny outside. :)

  48. In spring I like to clean out the winter debris from the flower garden and see the perennials that are poking out. I love to sew and quilt and have since a very young age. I am a follower and also receive the newsletter. Happy Birthday Bonnie and thanks for the chance at your giveaway.
